This was suppose to be for last week 26th march...
Reflecting on the week that just ended. In the span of one week, my army buddy’s grandma, my grand uncle and my yfc friend’s mom all passed away. Yeah when i recieved the text message from my friend about my other friend’s mom passing away. I just stood there for a good 5 seconds in shock maybe? I think just waiting for the news to sink in.
Im quite glad that God has used army...

Not enough time to sit down and blog again.
I always take like 3 hours to gather all my thoughts and really sit down and blog/ reflect

My brother Complains
that his bmt company is spending too much time preparing for games day, he feels that they should be spending more time doing pt.

Mom: Son can you do me a favour?
Alex: errrrrr ok (i thought it was going to be like make her a drink or something)
Mom: Can you go downstairs to the car and help me take up my phone
Alex: ARE YOU SERIOUS MOM are you serious??!?!
Alex: Do you know what time it is? seriously?
Mom: When you were young, woke up and came running to me, i took care of you, no matter what time it was
Alex: Yeah back then i was young and naive back then
Mom: But yet still i took care of you
Alex: Are you young and naive now mom? Seriously?

For giving the extra time to make someone happy. For cooking a meal for hungry souls. For offering a listening ear. For sending endless messages of encouragement week after week, even without any reply. For a card to brighten someone’s day. For a bottle of honey to soothe your parched throat.
I believe in all the little things.
